Prep for the holiday season -- > Dance and Fitness

Hey awesome peeps and fellow fitness freaks :)

Holiday season is right around the corner and it's time to prep your body to withstand the extra calories that you will be consuming in the coming weeks ;) How?!? Try Shaira's cardio classes -- have fun, build stamina, and most importantly ---> look
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

She teaches the Bollywood cardio classes on
Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM at the Sunnyvale studio. Covers cardio to Bollywood, jazz, hip hop music...it is recommended that an average adult should do 30 - 40 mins of cardio every day especially if you are sitting a desk and working all day...like me!...what better way to meet this "recommended requirement" than to shimmy away to some awesome music and have fun at the same time!

We all know this...but here goes anyway...the key thing with any form of exercise or diet is to be consistent...and if you are a dance lover or just love hanging around some great company, come try her 6:30pm cardio class...even if you don't know how to dance and have never danced before, who cares?!? seriously! Nobody will judge you and we all are there to have fun, learn how to dance, and have a fabulous time!

Do your cardio and get done with the exercise for the day in an hour!
SIMPLE! ;-) Drop-ins are more than welcome for the cardio fitness class every Thursday @ 6:30pm.
